Pharmacy dean recognized with international award

Lee EvansLee Evans, dean of the James Harrison School of Pharmacy, is the 2004 recipient of the Judith Saklad Memorial Lecture Award, presented annually by the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists. Evans was recognized at the organization's international annual meeting in Chicago last month. The award is presented each year to a senior psychiatric pharmacy practitioner who has achieved a level of professional distinction and demonstrates a continuing dedication to the practice of psychiatric pharmacy. Evans' lecture was entitled "Psychiatric Pharmacy in Context: Perspectives of a Clinical Paper Pusher."
