Students create energy-efficient vehicle



For Earth Day April 22, the Department of Industrial Design unveiled "SCURIA." The futuristic, energy-efficient vehicle runs on electric power, reducing harmful emissions. Department Head Clark Lundell, left, and Instructor Doug Perkins discuss some of the features of the vehicle. The concept was introduced by 1949 Auburn alumnus Martin Beck.
