LEWIS APPOINTED INTERIM CHAIR OF DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC

Dean Anna Gramberg of the College of Liberal Arts has appointed Phil Lewis as interim chair of the Department of Music. Lewis, a professor of psychology who previously chaired the Department of Psychology, will lead the music department's administrative tasks as a national search is conducted to replace Interim Chair Robert Greenleaf, who is retiring at summer's end. Lewis has been involved with more than 20 searches during his time at Auburn, a period stretching more than three decades.
