Graphic Services is available to help secure price quotes and to assist with job specifications for all your printed material. We can help you plan your publications for maximum use of color and number of pages for the lowest cost.

All printed material that is distributed off campus or is intended for an outside audience and printed by an off-campus vendor is required to obtain a “Printing Approval” from this office before taking any material to a printer to begin work. This will assure proper usage of Auburn logos and marks, along with other graphic standards that are required.

If OCM is designing your materials, Graphic Services works with Creative Services to streamline the necessary steps to make sure price quotes and all printing approvals are obtained while the design process is being completed.
