CHENEY TO SPEAK AT AUBURN COMMENCEMENT

Vice President Dick Cheney will speak at Auburn University’s 10 a.m. commencement at Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum on the campus on Friday, May 13.

The university will confer degrees on approximately 2,400 students in two separate ceremonies. Cheney will only be present at the 10 a.m. ceremony.

Auburn University is a pre-eminent land-grant and comprehensive research institution with nearly 23,000 students and 6,500 faculty and staff. Ranked among the top 50 public universities nationally, Auburn is Alabama’s largest educational institution, offering more than 230 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degree programs.
