FEDEX TRADE NETWORKS CEO TO ADDRESS AU AVIATION MANAGEMENT GROUP AUBURN G. Edmond Clark, president and CEO of FedEx Trade Networks, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. will address an Auburn University Aviation Management and Logistics group on Wednesday, March 16, at 7 p.m., as part of the Aviation Management Department's Distinguished Speaker Series. Clark will address the group in Room 113 of AU's Lowder Business Building. The public is invited. Clark is a 22-year veteran at FedEx and has headed FTN since its formation in 2000. He previously held a variety of management positions in finance and operations at FedEx Express. He is a two-time winner of the company's Five Star Award, FedEx's most prestigious internal award for employee performance. Prior to joining FedEx, Clark worked as a design engineer for Exxon in Houston, Texas, and as an engineer/analyst for W. R. Grace & Company in Memphis. A native of Shelbyville, Tenn., Clark holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. FedEx, founded in 1971, is today a network of companies that includes FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Kinkos, FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Trade. With more than 250 employees and contractors, FedEx offers a wide range of transportation services. Its revenue totals currently exceed $25 billion with an average daily volume of more than 5.5 million express, ground, freight and delivery shipments.
